Signing In To Your Account
To sign into your account you will need your Reference number, date of birth and one of the following:
  • Client Reference
  • Postcode
Your Reference number can be found in the letter, email or SMS you have received from us. Please refer to these for further details.
Once you have obtained these details, enter them in the appropriate fields and click the Sign In button to access your account.

Completing Sign In

In order to complete the sign in process you must supply some personal details to help us maintain the security of your account. Please complete the form provided as fully as you can.

Sign Out

To sign out of your account please click the Sign Out link on the top menu.

Pay Now
Once you have entered your initial sign in details you can go straight to the Card Payment screen and make a quick payment against your account.
Please note that you will be required to complete sign in before you can proceed to any other part of the website after using the Pay Now feature.

Your Account
Once sign in is completed, the full details of your account will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen. The following information will be displayed:
  • Reference – This is our reference number which helps us to identify your account.
  • Client Reference – This is the reference number that our client uses to identify your account.
  • Client – The name of the company or persons where the debt was incurred.
  • Paid To Date – The amount you have paid towards your account to date.
  • Balance – The current balance of your account.
  • [?] – Click this to display a breakdown of your current balance. There may be additional fees applied to the principle of your account. These will be shown here.

Your Options
Once you have signed in and completed the security details, the main screen will now be visible. From here you can manage your account using one of the following options:
  • Make A Payment
  • View Account History
  • View & Edit Personal Information
  • View Another Account
 
Make A Payment
Selecting this option will allow you to make a payment towards your account balance using one of three available methods. These are:
  • Card Payment - Make a payment towards your balance with a credit or debit card.
  • Continuous Card Payment - Make regular automatic payments towards your balance with a credit or debit card.
  • Direct Debit - Make regular automatic payments towards your balance by setting up a Direct Debit.
Each of these payment methods are described below:
 

Card Payment

     
You can make a payment towards your balance using your credit or debit card. We accept all major credit & debit cards with the exception of American Express. To make a card payment, follow these steps:
  1. From the Payment Options screen, click the Make a Card Payment link.
  2. You will be presented with the Card Payment screen. Fill in the form using details from your credit/debit card.
  3. Enter a payment amount.
  4. Click the Make Payment button. You will be presented with a dialog to confirm that you wish to make a payment. Click Yes to confirm and make the payment.
  5. Once you payment has been completed, the Payment Summary screen will be displayed. You can choose to Email or Print a copy of these payment details by clicking the appropriate link.
  6. You can set up a continuous payment towards your balance using the card you have made this payment with. To do this, select the option Set up a continuous card payment with this card from the drop down list and click the Go button.

Continuous Card Payment

Once you have completed a normal Card Payment you have the option to set up a recurring payment using that card. This is known as a Continuous Card Payment. To arrange a Continuous Card Payment with us please follow these steps:
  1. Make a normal Card Payment using your credit or debit card.
  2. On the Payment Summary screen, select the option Set up a continuous card payment with this card from the drop down list and click the Go button.
  3. The Continuous Card Payment screen will now be displayed. Note that the card details you used to make the initial payment are shown here.
  4. Please select a payment frequency and start date for the arrangement. There is a lead time of 14 days with this arrangement.
  5. Enter the amount you would like to pay on each instalment.
  6. Once the form is complete, a calculated breakdown of the repayment schedule will appear. This will include number of payments and a final payment date. Please pay close attention to this information, particularly the final payment date.
  7. Click the Next button to proceed.
  8. You will be presented with a summary of your Continuous Card Payment arrangement. Please read this.
  9. Once you are satisfied with the details of your arrangement, click the Complete Arrangement button. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to complete the arrangement. Click Yes to confirm. Your arrangement will now be set up.
  10. Once completed, a summary of your completed arrangement will be displayed. You can choose to Email or Print a copy of the arrangement by clicking the appropriate link.
Please note that this option will not be available if you currently have any payment arrangements set up on your account.

Direct Debit

A Direct Debit authorises an organisation to collect regular amounts of money from your bank account. It is a simple and convenient way for you to make regular payments towards any account you may have with us. To arrange a Direct Debit with us, please follow these steps:
  1. From the Payment Options screen, click the Arrange Direct Debit link.
  2. You will be presented with the Direct Debit screen. Fill in your bank account details. You can obtain your Sort Code and Account No. from your bank card/cheque book.
  3. Select a payment frequency and start date for the arrangement. Please note that there is a lead time of 14 days when arranging a Direct Debit.
  4. Enter the amount you would like to pay on each instalment.
  5. Once the form is complete, a calculated breakdown of the repayment schedule will appear. This will include number of payments and a final payment date. Please pay close attention to this information, particularly the final payment date.
  6. Click the Next button to proceed.
  7. You will be presented with a summary of your Direct Debit arrangement and a copy of The Direct Debit Guarantee. Please read this.
  8. Once you are satisfied with the details of your arrangement, click the Complete Arrangement button. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to complete the arrangement. Click Yes to confirm. Your arrangement will now be set up.
  9. Once completed, a summary of your completed arrangement will be displayed. You can choose to Email or Print a copy of the arrangement by clicking the appropriate link.

View & Edit Payment Arrangement

You may also view the details of any existing arrangement you may have with us. To do so, click the View & Edit Payment Arrangement link.
Please note that you can only increase your payment amount when editing an arrangement.
 
View Account History
You can view a full statement of each payment made towards your account on the View Account History screen. This screen will detail the payment amount, payment method and the date on which the payment was made.
You can also print off a copy of your account history from this page. Just click the Print Statement link to do so.
 
View & Edit Personal Information
You can view the personal information we hold against your account on this screen.
If you need to inform us of a change of address, telephone number or email address, you can submit these new details to us via the form on this page.
 
View Another Account
To view any other account you may have with us please select this option.
Please note that selecting this option will sign you out of the account you are currently viewing.
